About TRRRA
The Tamworth Regional Residents and Ratepayers Association Inc. (TRRRA) was established in 2014 to support residents and ratepayers across the Tamworth Regional Council area on local government matters.
TRRRA is independent and non-political. We provide a space for people to stay informed, understand local issues, and engage in respectful discussion.
We advocate for transparency, accountability, and responsible decision-making in local government.
What we do for the community
Our role is simple:
- Provide clear, accessible information on local issues
- Help residents understand council decisions and processes
- Encourage informed and respectful discussion
- Advocate for transparency and accountability
- Represent community concerns where appropriate
Our Constitution
The TRRRA is an incorporated body that operates in accordance with the association’s constitution and rules. A copy of TRRRA’s Constitution is available for download here.
OUR MEETINGS
TRRRA meets on the third Wednesday of each month, except January. Meetings start at 6:00pm people can attend in person at Tamworth City Bowling Club, cnr. Napier and Brisbane Streets, Tamworth or via Zoom.
JOIN TRRRA
Membership is free and is available to residents and ratepayers of the Tamworth Council Region.
